If God is Real
If God is real then he loves the Nazis as much as he loves the Jews. If God is real he loves the rapists and killers in the news. If God is real he loves the bigots who drive teens to suicide, Because if God is real we're all his children and he's on everyone's side. If God is real he truly forgives the most heinous and atrocious of crimes, Because he loves us all (not some) of the time. If God is real I sincerely hope (and hate) that this is all true, Because if God is real I need him to be less petty than me and you. If God is real I cannot fathom the scope of pain he bears in his mind. How can he see all our evil and still choose to be kind? Because if God is real he'll never stop believing in our best, Even seeing all the ways we fail most every test. If God is real, then let his kingdom come, Because his will, not mine, ought to be done.
